Plan and monitor daily pre-shipment inspection (PSI) activities in coordination with the QA Supervisor.

Execute PSI sampling and inspection steps according to established procedures.

Perform and verify watertight, visual, dimension, quantity, and tests.

Inspect incoming packing materials to confirm compliance with specifications.

Review final inspection reports for accuracy and completeness before submission.

Prepare customer samples and finished goods for external inspections, ensuring shipment readiness.

Oversee tensile testing progress, validate results, and confirm adherence to standards.

Supervise sorting activities and inspection stations to prevent mix-size issues and maintain inspector competency.

Audit housekeeping, 5S compliance, and hygiene control measures each shift.

Monitor metal control, track replacement glove records, and verify sanitization checklists.



Requirements:

Minimum SPM or relevant

Credited in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mathematics will be an advantage

Preferably with 1 year of working experience in quality assurance or manufacturing

Ability to organize, lead, and provide guidance to inspectors
