As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating value in your channel partners, driving key account plans, and stronger customer connect in the Professional channel.

What you’ll do
Implements structured approach to develop Professional business by increasing depth and width of sales coverage and developing new sales segment through end user engagement and partners.

Drives for highest levels of customer satisfaction understanding challenges that are critical to customers and takes a solution-based approach.

Work on driving sales of professional lighting and upselling of Signify's connected lighting systems.

Engage with various project stakeholders (end user, consultants, lighting designer, contractors and/or partners) as necessary to secure project wins.

Participates in customer and/or industry events as needed.





Your qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business technology / sciences / business / electrical or a related discipline

7+ years of proven track record in key account management/ consultative selling principles and/or solution sales in a fast-paced technology industry.

5+ years of strong history of quota achievement with stellar experience presenting products and services to customers

3+ years of value-based selling in a market/customer facing role

Ability to influence in a fast paced, matrix reporting, multi-cultural environment

Focuses on customers, creates customer delight

Understands complex customer sales cycles at strategic level

Agile and adaptive, collaborative, fast and executes flawlessly

Delivers on commitments and communicates with impact

Ability to leverage standard practices and encourages cooperation across boundaries

High knowledge of account planning and financial acumen

Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is crucial to succeed in this role

Previous experience in related field or in serving the Office, Industrial or Hospitality segment is an added advantage

This person will be required to travel heavily to Johor area.
