What’s a typical day as Regional Logistics Coordinator ? You’ll be:
Assisting ANZ supply chain planners with purchase order management, inventory tracking, reconciliation of freight deliveries, reporting, and preparing status updates

Managing import and export operations, collaborating with international vendors and customs partners, resolving shipment discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with import/export documentation

Maintaining accurate Material Master Data in SAP, overseeing setup and maintenance of product data, supporting new product introductions, and rationalizing outdated products

Coordinating regional inventory, identifying and redeploying excess inventory within APAC, handling cross-border returns, and supporting critical implant shortages in partnership with local and regional team member

Hold a tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent practical experience

Background experience in the medical devices industry or quality management systems (ISO13485 / ISO9001) (highly regarded)

Demonstrate strong analytical skills in inventory data analysis and optimization

Are advanced in Microsoft Excel & hands on with SAP

Strong in stakeholder management and effective communication with teams across borders
