Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and conduct annual inventory counts and reconciliations at customer and third-party locations.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through close collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain teams.

Monitor and process replacement orders for expiring consignment stock, ensuring timely delivery to customers.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in compliance with company standards.

Prepare and present regular inventory and expiry reports to internal stakeholders.

Support process improvements related to inventory control and participate in workplace safety initiatives.

Requirements:

Graduate in Supply Chain, Finance, Biomedical, or relevant work experience.

Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret inventory data and trends.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Strong team player with a proactive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.

Able to work within ANZ business hours.
