Key Responsibilities:

Clarify and process loan set bookings, enter consignment set cases, and replenish consignment sets

Coordinate with couriers and facilitate tracking and carrier distribution services

Review, process, and invoice customers’ orders, repairs, credits, and internal orders

Monitor and action daily and weekly inventory, backorder, and replenishment reports

Ensure timely receipt of purchase orders and processing of invoices within set deadlines, collaborating with Sales to resolve issues

Provide detailed and accurate product information to customers and maintain timely communication with internal teams

Advise relevant departments on stock shortages, and actively contribute to OH&S and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications and Experience:

Diploma or equivalent educational achievement

Previous professional experience in customer service or sales order management

Exposure to the healthcare industry, particularly in customer service or the medical device sector, is highly valued

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively and maintain high standards in a dynamic, customer-focused environment

Other Information:

On site work arrangement required

Weekend support (rotating) is a valued part of this role and are fully compensated
