Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with sales, marketing, warehouse, and manufacturing teams to manage inventory and supply planning

Monitor and review sales forecasts vs. actual usage to enhance planning accuracy

Control inventory levels, minimize obsolescence, and support new product launches

Address and resolve demand and supply issues

Utilize ERP systems (SAP preferred) and commonly used software tools

Requirements:

At least 5 years’ relevant experience in supply chain/materials planning/inventory management (healthcare, pharma, electronics, automotive, FMCG or similar backgrounds welcome)

Degree in Materials Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field

Minimum 3 years’ ERP experience (ideally SAP) & strong Excel skills

Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Professional certifications in planning (CPIM, CPM) are advantageous

Limited domestic travel required (<10%)
