Job Responsibilities:

SAP Maintenance

Versa Pro and SAP reconciliation

Change Order (CO) Roll Up Preparation

Schedule of Value (SOV) Preparation : Reports related duties for customer and vendors

Purchase Order (PO) and Project Closeout

Asset Under Construction (AUC) Settlement

CPM Maintenance: Project creation related duties



Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

3 Years and above experience in Accounting/ Finance in a shared service environment is preferable

Preferably Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Have experience using SAP or similar ERP system that integrates accounting/general ledger systems will be added advantage

Understanding and execution of accrual and reversal of accrual

Understanding and execution of journals : Well versed in double entries

Reconciliation between the supporting documents to Balance Sheet and General Ledgers

Familiar with Microsoft Excel functions (Formulation, Pivot, Tracking)

Candidates must be located in Penang as the working location will be at Bayan Lepas

This is a full time contract position and yearly renewable.
