Job description:

Lead the monthly closing of management accounts for property development companies, ensuring compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).

Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Payable processes, including timely bank and account reconciliations.

Prepare, monitor, and update project costings to support accurate financial tracking.

Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to optimize payment workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and relevant external parties on audits, tax filings, enterprise risk management, and compliance.

Interact with lawyers, bankers, valuers, company secretaries, and other stakeholders as needed.

Develop financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and budgets to guide strategic decision-making.

Mentor and support junior finance team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Handle ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by management with flexibility and professionalism.



Job requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, ACCA, CIMA, MIA certification, or equivalent qualifications.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Finance Operations, preferably within the property development sector.

Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, and multitasking environment.

Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Highly responsible, organized, solution-driven, and dedicated to delivering quality results.

Willingness to work at our Kota Damansara office location.
