Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound WhatsApp/phone enquiries to promote and sell travel packages.
Handle Mandarin & English-speaking clients (Mandarin proficiency required) and provide clear, confident responses to enquiries.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings by offering compelling travel solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
Deliver expert, personalized travel recommendations aligned with client preferences and budgets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Track and achieve daily/weekly call targets and sales KPIs.
Stay updated on travel destinations, packages, and promotions to present accurate and timely information.
Address customer concerns quickly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and positive reviews.
