Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Architects, Developers, Contractors, and other stakeholders to design Insulation solutions focusing on HVAC, using Company products and ensure Company Brands and Products are specified for the projects.

Establish and nurture excellent business relationships with Construction Professionals namely Architects, Consultants, Quantity Surveyors, JKR, KPKT, Interior Designers, etc to maximize business opportunities.

Deliver presentations, conduct trainings, etc for customers, professionals, and colleagues on technical aspects of product, application, and installation.

Provide technical supports and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from product selection and installation to troubleshooting and post-construction evaluations.

Collaborate with colleagues and customers to achieve project goals in Insulations, focusing on HVAC.

Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to make informed recommendations and strategic decisions.



Person Specifications:

Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering discipline, preferably HVAC related.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; good command of English is essential.

Possess a car and willing to travel extensively.

Min 2 years of work experience in Building Materials, preferably HVAC related.

Self-disciplined, works autonomously to meet business goals; proficient in Science and Mathematics.
