Key Responsibilities:

On Hold & Non-Conforming Product: To ensure related parties are notified and to highlight the management for the necessary or next action taken for the affected product.

Corrective Action Request (e-CAR): To get the action taken from the affected party and to ensure the effectiveness of the action that has been rectified, recorded in the system.

Calibration Register & Schedule of test & measuring Equipment: Prepare and organize the calibration & verification of the equipment.

Coordinate Marketing Sample request: To arrange subordinate for the requested sample.

QA report for 3 Weeks QA Check, Slow Moving / Aging Stocks: To complete, verify & and feedback the required to the related department of the result.

IPQC Activities: Prepare the monthly duty schedule & verify IPQC Checklist and Activities.

Technical & customer related report (Product Data Sheet, Certificate of Conformance / Analysis, Mill Certificate, Bomba Certificate: To submit the report at least within 3 working days to the interested parties.



Person Specifications:

Qualification: Diploma or Degree with minimum 2 years of working experience in the manufacturing environment.

Preferably in QA / QC background.

Knowledge: Knowledge in QA, FMEA, QCC tools, ISO 9001

Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills. Supervisory Skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Words.

Written/Spoken Language: Bahasa Malaysia/English
