Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the First Aid Kit Inspection & replenishment are carried out.

Ensure the Spill Kit inspection is carried out & the spill kit is updated & upkeep.

Conduct monthly inspection for fire extinguisher.

Conduct random inspection for fire hosereel & hydrant. Ensure there are in good condition.

Assist the EHS dept on the training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements.

Carry out risk assessment (eg HIRARC) at the workplace.

Assist the EHS on Air Emission test, LEV test, Noise Risk Assessment, Personal Chemical Exposure Monitoring, Chemical Health Risk Assessment, Audiometry test, certificate of Fitness (machinery inspection) required for legal compliance.

Assist in accident investigation in the workplace.

Ensure the Safety Data Sheet provided by Purchasing dept are up to date.



Person Specifications:

Knowledge of EHS regulations and policies and procedures.

One year of experience in related experience preferred.

Knowledge of legislation (OSHA / DOE).

Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices.
