Job Responsibilities:

Warehouse Planning and Operations Management
Oversee the entire process of raw materials and finished goods, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch. Optimize warehouse layout and location management. Establish and implement warehouse management systems. Ensure that wet-process chemicals (hazardous chemicals) are stored in designated areas in compliance with regulations, and implement safety measures such as moisture-proofing and anti-static protection.

Team and Process Management
Manage the warehouse and documentation teams by assigning tasks and supervising execution. Conduct regular skills training and performance evaluations. Promote standardized warehouse operations, improve inventory turnover, reduce slow-moving and obsolete inventory, and control warehousing costs.

Cross-Department Coordination and Data Management
Collaborate with purchasing, production, customs declaration, and shipping departments to ensure timely material supply and shipment coordination. Review warehouse documentation and reports to ensure inventory accuracy and consistency between physical stock and records. Support financial audits and customs inspections.



Job Requirements:

Diploma or above in Logistic Management, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.

More than 5 years of warehouse management experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least 3 years of team management experience.

Familiar with warehousing characteristics of the electronics industry.

Familiar with hazardous chemical storage safety regulations (such as MSDS management) and fire safety regulations.

Strong abilities in planning and coordination, cost control, and problem-solving.

Ability to handle warehouse documentation and communicate effectively in cross-border collaboration.
