Job Responsibilities:

Focus on the company’s business objectives, ensure high-quality and timely delivery of orders and projects, and achieve sales targets.

Understand product structure and conduct evaluation and quotation for customers’ new product RFQs.

Be responsible for the formulation and implementation of business policies and systems, including sales target management, forecasting and achievement management, payment collection management, material preparation management, and inventory management.

Adopt a customer-centric approach, coordinate internal and external resources, resolve customer issues, and improve customer satisfaction.

Take order fulfillment as the core process, and be responsible for contract signing, order production, delivery and shipment, invoicing, and payment collection.

Emphasize data accumulation and analysis to provide data support for the company’s business operations.



Job Requirements:

Diploma or above in Business Administration, or related fields.

2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development will be added advantages.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Team player and well organizational skills.

Experience working in manufacturing industry and knowledge in factory compliance will be priority.

Proactive, responsible, and self-motivated

Possesses strong data sensitivity and analytical awareness

Mandarin speaking will be added advantage.

Fresh graduates can be considered.
