Job Responsibilities:

Develop and lead new product introduction (NPI) plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams to complete trial production within the customer’s required timeline.

Assist in communicating engineering issues raised internally to customers, and accurately convey customer feedback and responses to the relevant internal departments.

When new customers visit the factory, lead plant tours and address any questions raised by the customers.

During mass production, monitor production capacity and material status, promptly resolve abnormalities, and ensure on-time delivery.



Job Requirements:

Diploma or above in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or any related fields.

At least 1 year experience in Manufacturing Industry as Process Engineer, or Sales.

3 years above of Project Management experiences in electronics or Manufacturing Industry.

Familiar with the NPI process.

Able to work independently with minimum supervise.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Possess strong problem analysis and resolution skills, with a strong ability for self-learning.

Mandarin Speaking will be added advantages, which required to communicate with colleagues and Clients from China or Taiwan.
