Job Responsibilities:

Formulate and achieve departmental KPI targets.

Plan and maintain the department’s organizational structure.

Analyze and control production costs.

Organize and ensure completion of production tasks.

Improve and control product quality and production yield.

Apply production technologies and develop new technologies.

Develop and monitor equipment maintenance and upgrade plans.

Conduct employee training and workforce planning.

Improve major production process abnormalities and product quality issues.

Job Requirements:

Familiar with SMT manufacturing production processes.

Relevant experience in production management within SMT factories, with expertise in SMTproduct manufacturing workflows and processes.

Demonstrates strong team management and coordination skills and is capable of efficiently organizing and assigning production tasks to enhance productivity and product quality.

Understands electronic manufacturing equipment and technologies and is able to resolve technical issues during production.

Excellent communication skills, effectively collaborating with superiors, colleagues and subordinates.

Can quickly analyze and resolve production issues to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Demonstrates a cost-conscious mindset to control production expenses and enhance company profitability.

Take a quality-driven approach to rigorously control product standards and compliance.

A safety-conscious approach to establishing and enforcing production safety protocols.

Training capabilities to instruct and mentor new employees, enhancing their skill levels and work efficiency.

Able to withstand work pressure, demonstrating strong mental resilience and adaptability.
