Key Responsibilities

Maintain statutory records, registers, and corporate documents in accordance with Labuan regulations.

Prepare board papers, draft resolutions, and support execution of directors’ and shareholders’ decisions.

Liaise with company secretary, auditors, LFSA, and tax agents on statutory and compliance matters.

Ensure timely filing of statutory returns, compliance renewals, and regulatory submissions.

Support basic bookkeeping activities.

Handle office administration, filing, and corporate correspondence for the Labuan entity.

Provide administrative support for the Labuan entity’s intercompany loan holding activities, including coordination of documentation, records, and internal approvals.

Maintain proper records and documentation for financing-related arrangements, agreements and internal approvals.
