Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the logistics operations team, including the Operations Manager and CS Manager.

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

Serve as the main point of contact for major customers, ensuring high service levels and prompt resolution of issues.

Monitor KPIs, operational performance, and customer satisfaction metrics, and implement corrective actions where needed.

Develop and implement process improvements, standard operating procedures, and best practices across the logistics function.

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, procurement, finance) to optimize operational workflow.

Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for the logistics operations function.

Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the operations team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

8 - 10 years of experience in logistics or operations management, preferably handling large accounts or key customers.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency.

Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications.
