Role and Responsibilities

Leading all aspects of new business development activities including strategy development & tactical execution, setting account goals and objectives, driving effort to achieve them.

Act as primary point of contact between company and key customers, implement plans aimed at business retention and improve customer satisfaction.

Perform sales and business analysis on key & major accounts.

Conduct in-depth market analysis as required.

Supporting the team to identify and appoint key agents and distributors in various countries.



Job Success Requirements

Degree in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 1-2 years related working experience in Chemical related industries. Alternatively, Degree in Business Administration with an affinity and understanding of the international business trade.

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbal and written. Able to speak and write in Mandarin would be an added advantage.

Sales negotiation - able to enhance values for the company.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively.
