ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure the documentation is accurate through close liaison with all parties

Maintain accurate records by filing and updating schedules, scanning shipping documents, and performing general shipping functions, including data entries to maintain accurate records

To ensure that daily documentations are prepared promptly, accurately and timely

Preparing full set shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin – MITI & MICCI, Insurance Certificate and etc.)

Liaise with forwarders / agents on export arrangements (for isotank, container, road tanker, flexibag & bulk shipments)

To perform other duties as assigned or requested by the management from time to time



JOB SUCCESS REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or higher

Require written and spoken language (s): English and Bahasa Malaysia

Must be computer literate with knowledge & skill in Microsoft Office applications

Knowledgeable and experience in export operation & documentation
