Job Description

Role and Responsibilities and Authorities

• Assist in overall recruitment activities.

• Conduct new employees’ orientation program.

• Assist in training and HRDF training grant application / claims process.

• Administer and maintain proper filing system.

• Compile and maintain records for use in employee benefits administration.

• Manage all types of leave and generate periodic reports.

• Attend to all external and internal matters related to the employment of foreign workers. e.g. work permit renewal, Fomema, insurance etc.

• To undertake any ad-hoc project or any other related task that may be assigned to you from time to time


Requirements and Qualifications

Education: A Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: Previous experience (1-2 years) in an HR or administrative role is often preferred.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and HRIS software, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Confidentiality: Handling sensitive personal information with discretion.

Organization: Managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Interpersonal Skills: Empathy, patience, and professional communication for employee interaction.
