Role and Responsibilities:

To take samples for inspection as stated in Quality Plan B.

To check storage tank level.

Assisting supervisor when encounter operation issues.

To refer DCS facility for plant operation such as actuator valve operation (auto/manual) pump start/stop, control valve operation (auto/manual).

To assist Senior Technician and Supervisor on feed line setup for tank change over, feedline setup for tank change over with guidance from superior.

To ensure cleanliness of equipment as per schedule.

Carry out overall housekeeping of tank farms and plant to achieve Zero Lost Time Incident.

To assist superior to clear line checked when plant encountered blockage.

Participate in ownership and productive maintenance program.

Cleaning plant equipment such as plant strainer, pump strainer, all sample trays and maintaining good housekeeping.

Involved in safety program organized by SSHE Department.

To carry out any other work instruction from superior at any time.

Compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Act 1964 and Regulations, Environmental Quality Act 1974, Factory Machinery Act 1967 and Responsible Care.

Comply with all quality standards and requirements impose by the Company and product specification required by local and international clients.



Job Success Requirements:

Minimum SPM/Certificates or Diploma in any discipline.

Credit in Science and Mathematics will be an added advantage.

Able to work in shifts and long hours. (3 shifts)
