Job Responsibilities

Ensure all electrical appliances in the factory operate at optimum level and are used safely

Make sure all electrical appliances are checked regularly to prevent any failure.

Ensure that all electrical appliances are constantly inspected and operating at optimum levels (fuel, engine oil, cooling system etc.) to prevent failure of electrical generators.

Ensures that all drainage works, underground plumbing, drainage systems and chemicals used and water tanks work properly.

Ensure that the fire extinguishing system is in good working condition and safe.

Install all electrical appliances including wiring, switch installation, etc such as directed by the superior

Advising management in continued use of unsuitable equipment, appliances, and apparatus.

Ordering of electrical supplies and equipment.

Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances and apparatus

Constructing and fabricating parts, using hand tools and specifications.

Perform any task or work as directed by the Head of Department/Supervisor

Education & Qualifications

Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, engineering

Relevant Experience & Years of Service

Minimum 2 years’ experience in electrical
