Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end merchant onboarding and account activation, ensuring smooth setup and timely completion of merchant profiles

Scan, organise, and file merchant contracts and onboarding documents accurately

Perform data entry and verification for client onboarding, ensuring data accuracy and completeness

Monitor onboarding progress against predefined schedules and service standards

Liaise with internal teams to support onboarding operations in a fast-paced startup environment

Requirements
Diploma / Degree holder or above

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in operations, business support, or related roles

Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in document and data verification

Ability to read, write, and process Chinese-language documents, as the role supports merchants and documentation in Chinese.

Proficient in MS Office and English & Chinese word processing tools
