Job Responsibilities

1. Exposure to Advanced Technologies and Accounting Processes
- Engage in smart AI bookkeeping by using AI technology to help record accounts.
- Manage the full set of accounting tasks, covering Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss accounts, Trial Balances, Bank Reconciliations, General Ledgers, Account Receivable Reports, and Account Payable Reports.

2. Client Service and Business Support
- Provide accounting, and financial reporting services to clients in accordance with engagement terms, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and other client deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., MFRS) and client-specific requirements.
- Assist Managers and Senior Managers in managing client engagements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing their inquiries.

Requirements

1、LCCI and above (Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting, showcasing a solid foundation in financial principles.)
2、Ideally, have at least 1 year of working experience in accounting, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
3、Possess basic accounting & audit entry knowledge(For example, being familiar with the application of accounting subjects and various financial statements (such as BS, P&L, GL and TB), and being able to accurately record journal entries according to documents.)
4、Fluency in English and Cantonese to communicate with the clients.
5、Ability to work effectively within a team while also showing initiative when working independently.
