Company Overview:
A global fortune 500 packaging manufacturer is seeking Technical Service Executive to support the customers and ensure product quality excellence.

Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison between customers and internal departments for technical and quality matters
- Conduct on-site investigations at customer premises when required (immediate travel may be necessary)
- Support new product trials, validation, and technical discussions
- Work closely with Production, QA/QC, and Sales teams
- Prepare technical documentation and reports
- Assist during customer audits if required

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Packaging Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Open to fresh graduate or 1 - 2 years experience in the manufacturing settings
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel to customer sites on short notice
- Possess own transport
