Job Description

【岗位职责】

•负责回复平台用户咨询与消息（包括求职者及企业客户）。
•处理客户问题、投诉及相关查询，提供专业且及时的解决方案。
•跟进并记录用户反馈，确保问题有效解决与关闭。
•协助提升平台服务质量与用户满意度。
•完成上级安排的其他相关工作。

【任职要求】

•具备至少 1 年客服相关工作经验。
•具备良好的沟通表达能力与服务意识。
•对招聘平台有经验者为佳。
•能独立处理客户问题，具备良好的应变与协调能力。
•责任心强，具备良好的时间管理能力。
•语言要求：华语（流利）、马来语（流利）、英语（良好）。
