Job Description

-Perform end product testing according to the duty roster arranged by the direct superior.

-Conduct end product testing based on the standard methods stated in the Bakery Manual.

-Perform shelf life testing for retention samples.

-Ensure testing results meet internal specifications and inform the superior immediately if results are out of specification.

-Handle inventory control for ingredients and materials used in end product testing.

-Key in end product testing results into the online QC system at the end of the shift.
