Requirements:

Possess at least a Degree in Engineering, Operations, Logistics or related field..

Preferably with at least 2 (two) years’ experience in bulk terminal, tank farm, palm oil or similar industry.

Strong knowledge in shipping operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance (DOSH & DOE).



Job Responsibilities:

Oversee full spectrum of bulkers operations including shipment loading, tank farm, receiving & dispatch activities.

Coordinate with HQ, Sales, Mills, Production, Ports, Shipping Agents, and Transporters on delivery schedules and internal transfers (FIFO & JIT).

Oversee boiler operations, utilities management and ensure regulatory compliance.

Supervise preventive & corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime.

Ensure laboratory testing accuracy and proper scheduled waste management & reporting.

Lead, supervise and manage manpower planning for 24/7 operations during shipment period.

Prepare operational performance reports for Management.

Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISCC, MSPO, GGL and relevant shipping, DOSH and DOE regulations.

To perform other task as assigned from time to time.
