Responsibility:

Conducting comprehensive chemical analysis and testing to monitor product quality and compliance with industry standards.

Ensure quality control on raw materials, in-process, finished products and relevant testing.

Establishing and maintaining quality control procedures, including sampling, testing, and documentation.

To prepare, reviewed QAQC documents and ensure validity of all QAQC documents.

Ensure QAQC team operate/use lab equipment/tools according to the SOP and Standard testing.

Practice and ensure QAQC team practise good laboratory practice and GMP in QAQC lab.

Preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate records of all quality assurance activities.

Ensure all records of QC lab activities.

Resources planning for laboratory testing.

Ensure safety and cleanliness in lab

Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in quality assurance and control.

To perform other task as assigned from time to time.



Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Applies Chemistry or a related scientific field

Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role, preferably within the manufacturing industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation

Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Knowledge of relevant quality management systems and regulatory standards
