Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily field operations including harvesting, upkeep, maintenance, and other plantation-related tasks.

Ensure all activities conducted by workers comply with the company’s plantation policies and standards.

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: SPM, Certificate in Agriculture, Diploma, Degree in any related field.

Willing to be based at an oil palm estate.

Possess a valid B2 motorcycle license.

Fresh graduates and SPM school leavers are encouraged to apply — training will be provided to all successful candidates.
