What you'll be doing

Assist the Mill Maintenance Engineer in planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance activities for the palm oil mill's machinery and equipment

Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance measures

Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with mill operations

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to mill operators and technicians

Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance

Contribute to the continuous improvement of mill efficiency and productivity

Assist in the implementation of innovative maintenance strategies and best practices

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role within the palm oil or similar process industry

Willing to relocate and working in rural area

Flexible working during Weekends, Public Holiday and Night Shift (Standby)

Fresh Graduates are welcome to join as MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
