Requirements:

Possess Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical/Petrochemical Engineering or equivalent

Holding a Competency Steam Engineer Certificate at least Grade 2

Must be prepared to work in rural locations (within Sarawak)

Preferably with at least 8 years experience in palm oil industry

Job Responsibilities:

Monitoring overall operations in the palm oil mill to ensure smooth operation in terms of processing and maintenance

Ensure storage system are under control

To maintain optimum efficiency for all machinery

Provide leadership and direction to team members to achieve production objectives while promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Assist in overseeing Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) grading and quality control activities

Maintain certifications such as ISCC, MESTI, MSPO, and GCL, ensuring all related processes meet required standards.

Improvise new ideas to improve mill efficiency and cost control

Enforce strict adherence to workplace safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment and etc.
