Job Description

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, training coordination, or talent development.

Experience in conducting training needs analysis and supporting skills gap assessments.

Good understanding of adult learning principles and various learning methodologies.

Exposure to designing, coordinating, or delivering training programmes.

Familiarity with evaluating training effectiveness and preparing basic reports.

Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Good interpersonal and stakeholder coordination skills.

Knowledge of learning methods such as classroom training, e-learning, coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job learning.

Experience with HRDC grant administration.



Key Responsibilities:

Skills Gap Assessment & Training Support

Assist in identifying skills gaps and training needs across departments.

Support the design and coordination of training programmes to address current and future business needs.

Liaise with department heads to gather input and align training initiatives with operational priorities.

Learning & Development Programme Coordination

Support the end-to-end training cycle, including needs analysis, programme coordination, delivery, and evaluation.

Coordinate training delivery through workshops, e-learning, coaching, and external providers.

Assist in coordinating compliance-related training in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Employee Development & Engagement

Support learning initiatives that promote employee engagement, career development, and retention.

Assist HR in aligning learning programmes with career pathways and development plans.

Collect participant feedback and support continuous improvement of training programmes.

Talent Development Support

Assist in learning initiatives related to succession planning and leadership development.

Support development interventions for identified high-potential employees.

Work with HR and line managers to ensure learning initiatives support workforce planning objectives.

Monitoring, Reporting & Administration

Track training participation, feedback, and evaluation results.

Prepare training reports and summaries for HR and Management review.

Support improvement of training effectiveness based on evaluation outcomes.

HRDC Levy & Training Administration

Assist with HRDC grant applications, claims, and documentation in accordance with requirements.

Maintain accurate records of training activities, costs, and evaluations.

Support administration of training bonds and related documentation.

Assist with L&D budget tracking and cost monitoring.

Coordinate training logistics, including registrations, vendor liaison, and course
