Qualifications & Requirements :

Prior exposure or hands-on experience in pepper cultivation, estate operations, or related crop management (commercial or small-scale).

Basic understanding of agronomy, soil management, fertilization, pest and disease control, or crop husbandry (formal or informal).

Strong interest and willingness to be involved in pepper planting and development initiatives, including field-based work.

Openness to training, upskilling, and knowledge transfer in pepper agronomy and operations.

Ability to work collaboratively with operations, research, ad technical teams.

Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with field teams and management.

Able to work under various filed conditions and travel to different estate locations as required.

Formal academic qualifications are an advantage but not mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:

Support pepper planting, maintenance, and field operations.

Assist in the implementation of agronomic practices, including soil preparations, fertilization, pruning and pest/disease management.

Participate in data collection, field observation, and basic yield or performance monitoring.

Support trial plots, pilot projects, or demonstration areas, where applicable.

Work closely with internal and/or external agronomists to adopt and localize best practices.

Contribute to the development of standard operating practices (SOPs) for pepper cultivation over time.
