Qualifications & Requirements:

Possess a Diploma or Degree in Logistics and Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in transport operations, logistics, or a related field.

Knowledge of fleet GPS systems and permit renewals (e.g., JPJ, Puspakom), insurance, accident repairs, and road tax compliance.

Ability to plan and schedule vehicle maintenance, including breakdowns and recoveries.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate trips, routes, and driver schedules to ensure efficient operations.

Monitor driver performance, behavior, and adherence to schedules; communicate effectively with drivers to resolve operational issues.

Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance and urgent repairs to minimize vehicle downtime.

Oversee permit renewals (e.g., JPJ, Puspakom), insurance matters, accident repairs, and road tax compliance.

Ensure effective time management to meet delivery deadlines and optimize operational efficiency.

Perform general tasks or special projects as assigned by superiors.
