What you'll be doing

Assist the Foreman in overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance activities at the oil palm mill

Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of all mill equipment and machinery

Coordinate and supervise the work of technicians and maintenance staff to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks

Identify and troubleshoot any issues or breakdowns, and implement corrective actions

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory

Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules and procedures

Collaborate with the mill management team to optimize production and maintenance processes

Provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior maintenance staff

What we're looking for

Posses SKM/ SVM/ Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or equivalent

At least 5 years of experience as an Assistant Foreman or in a similar maintenance supervisory role, preferably in the oil palm or manufacturing industry

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of oil palm mill equipment and machinery

Willing to work in weekends and public holidays

Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply as Jr. Mechanic or Jr.Fitter.
