Qualifications & Requirements:

Possess SPM or equivalent qualification
Knowledge and hands-on experience in plant tissue culture are preferred
Familiar with basic laboratory tools and equipment is an added advantage
Able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, and work effectively in a team environment
Willing to work in a controlled laboratory setting
Responsibilities:

Carry out daily laboratory tasks, including media preparation, preparation of stock solution media, autoclaving, and equipment washing)
Perform culture transfers under the laminar flow cabinet in a sterile manner
Monitor and inspect culture for contamination or abnormalities
Accurately record daily work transaction and laboratory data
Maintain cleanliness through routine housekeeping and cleaning of the laboratory
