Qualifications & Requirements:

Possess a Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical fields.

Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in maintenance or a similar role.

Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, air-conditioning system, and general maintenance works.

Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facilities and equipment.

Willing to perform hands-on work and respond to breakdowns when required.

Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Basic computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Possess a valid driving license and able to drive a manual 4WD vehicle.

Willing to travel to the company’s operational sites as and when required.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist with general administrative duties related to facilities management, including monitoring and processing billing for utilities, telecommunication services, and office equipment.

Carry out basic repair and maintenance works for office facilities and equipment, including photocopy machines, telephones, tables and chairs, walkie-talkies, and other facilities.

Maintain proper records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.

Monitor and manage authority permits and supplier contracts.

Support day-to-day administrative and maintenance operations and perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
