Qualifications & Requirements:

Possess at least a Degree in Food Science / Food Technology
Preferably with 1 year of working experience in Food Industry
Knowledge in Food Act & Food Safety Regulations
Familiar with basic microscope handling techniques
Familiar with fundamental baking and frying methods
Able to manage multiple projects and meeting tight development timelines
Responsibilities:

To develop new food product / process or improve existing ones
To plan, perform and evaluate baking / frying trials
To conduct and evaluate taste panels to access flavor / appearance and texture
Testing of shelf life and stability of foods products
Working with cross-functional teams like marketing, production and procurement
