Qualifications & Requirements:

Possess a Degree / Master in Chemistry / Biotechnology / Applied Biology / Applied Chemistry / Food Technology or related discipline
Good laboratory practice experience with technical skill in analytical testing

At least 1 – 2 year(s) of working experience in food manufacturing industry
Knowledge in ISO management
Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and review QA/QC standard operating procedures (SOP)
Prepare, review QA/QC documents, and ensure the validity of all QA/QC documents
Practice and ensure compliance with the Quality System
Practice and ensure the QC team practices good laboratory practice and GMP in the QC lab
Approve/reject within a specification product release
Conduct special assignments from HOD
