Key Responsibilities:

Farm Operation Executive:
• Monitor flock health, generate and undertake appropriate programmes to improve animal health, and prepare relevant reports

• Perform diagnostic procedures to manage diseases outbreaks, control farm parameters and postmortem investigations, etc.

• Assist on overall project planning, activities, operation and ensure the completion of work on time

• Assist in documentation, data preparation, report and interpretation

• Work under the team led by the Farm Supervisor and Manager in hatchery/breeding farm system maintenance

• Monitor and control the supply of materials to site, to avoid any wastage

• Perform any other ad hoc tasks as instructed by superior

Farm Supervisor:

• Monitor daily farm operation activities - feed & water intake, egg production and mortality and report to management to take further action if any issues arise

• Supervise feeding and drinking systems, temperature control and ventilation settings

• Carry out flock health programs and vaccination according to schedule

• Monitor workers’ adherence to company SOPs and ensure smooth work flow at farm

• In charge of farm biosecurity policies, pest control and hygiene standards maintained regularly

• Maintain effective communication with management

• Perform any other ad hoc tasks as instructed by superior



Job requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Husbandry

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.

• Possess excellent organisation and time management skills.

• Required skill(s): Animal husbandry, agro-sciences, poultry farm management, Microsoft Office

• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English

• Fresh graduates / Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply

• Applicants with previous industry experience/internship in relevant poultry sectors will be an added advantage
