Role and Responsibilities
Responsible for production planning and scheduling, follow-up production output to ensure correct cargoes produced and on time to meet shipment.

Responsible to monitor and up keeping inventory movement (receiving & shipment) in excel file.

To prepare daily and monthly inventory report.

Responsible to advise cargo readiness date in the system and shipping team on shipment.

To execute pick list for cargo allocation minimum 10 days prior to pick-up date base on first-in-first-out except prompt and JIT (just-in-time) shipment and maximum of 14 days prior to pick-up date.

To monitor and follow up packaging materials delivery and ensure sufficient for production at all time.

To monitor raw materials and packaging materials delivery.

To monitor oil stock (CPO, RBDPL, RBDPO, RBDPS and PFAD) delivery and trigger purchaser to buy before production.

To follow strictly Safety Rules and Regulations and Company’s Policy and ensure effective implementation of ISO 9001.

To perform other related duties assigned or requested by the Management from time to time.

Job Success Requirements
Minimum Certificates / Diploma in any related field.

Knowledge in planning and supply chain would be an added advantage.
