Responsibilities:

Responsible for Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable.

Manage petty cash claim and reimbursement.

Prepare bank reconciliation.

To monitor cash flow.

Work closely with Production to perform/reconcile inventory adjustment, relocate cost and prepare inventory analysis report.

Fixed Assets monitoring/recording

Involve in cycle count and yearly stock take.

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned when appropriate.

Requirements:

At least a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent, with minimum 3 years' of experience in similar capacity is required.

Knowledge in accounting principles and practices.

Proficient in Microsoft Business Central and MS Office applications will be an added advantage.

Meticulous, independent, proactive, responsible, capable of multi-tasking, meeting tight deadlines and an effective communicator.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision
