Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare quotations and costing for project inquiries

2.Attend tender interviews and meetings with clients or main contractors

3.Follow up on submitted quotations and maintain good client relationships

4.Identify potential customers and perform cold calls to generate new business opportunities

5.Work closely with the technical and project team to ensure accurate costing and proposal preparation

6.Assist in project coordination and provide support during the tendering process

Requirements

1.Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (more prefer)

2.Experience in construction industry or B2B sales will be an advantage

3.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

4.Good communication and negotiation skills

5.Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
