Job Description

工作内容：
1.应收管理
业务开账单→发给客户→跟进回款→登记回款台账、核销欠款；定期整理逾期应收，同步销售。
2.应付管理
核对合作公司账单 → 安排付款，管控付款账期。
3.台账搭建
Excel台账：订单号、客户、目的地、收入、成本、毛利、币种、应收到期日、付款状态。
4.对账工作
和国内客户对账、和马来西亚海外代理互相对账，处理差异、调整金额。
5.资金基础
登记每日收支，统计现金流；区分对公转账、私人代收、第三方支付、跨境转账

（能够流行使用中文交流）岗位要求:
- Excel熟练：透视表、函数、台账制作
- 基础财务记账逻辑
- 看得懂中文物流账单（马来西亚合作方单据大多中文）
- 会区分人民币/马币结算，理解汇率结算规则
- 细心，能逐条核对大量物流杂费，发现账单差异
