Junior Operations Executive (Chinese-Speaking)

We are expanding rapidly across Asia, and we are looking for a Chinese-speaking Junior Operations Executive to join our KL office. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced trading environment.

Key Responsibilities
1️. KYC & Compliance Support
- Review and verify client KYC documents
- Ensure onboarding meets regulatory and internal compliance standards
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation records

2️. Account Opening & Client Operations
- Assist clients with account opening procedures
- Handle account amendments and platform setup
- Provide basic platform troubleshooting

3️. Client Enquiries & Front-Line Support
- Respond to client enquiries in Mandarin & English (WeChat / Telegram / Email)
- Guide clients on trading conditions and platform usage
- Work closely with CS & BD teams to ensure smooth client experience

4️.Sales & Operations Coordination
- Support BD team with daily operational matters
- Prepare basic operational reports (KYC status, account updates, checklists)
- Assist in improving SOPs and workflow efficiency

Requirements
- Mandarin-speaking (Chinese) — mandatory as we are targeting Mandarin-speaking market
- Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Must be able to work in shifts
