What You Will Do
1. KYC & Compliance Support
- Review and verify new client KYC documents
- Ensure onboarding meets regulatory and internal compliance standards
2. Account Opening & Client Operations
- Assist clients with account opening procedures (real, demo, partner accounts)
- Handle account amendments, platform setup, and basic troubleshooting
- Coordinate with sales team to support partner onboarding
3. Client Enquiries & Front-Line Support
- Respond to client enquiries in Chinese & English (WeChat/Telegram/Email)
- Provide clear guidance on deposits, withdrawals, account usage, and platform navigation
- Work closely with CS + BD team to ensure smooth client experience
4. Sales & Operations Coordination
- Support BD team with daily operational requests
- Prepare basic reports (KYC status, daily operations checklist, partner account updates)
- Assist with internal SOP improvements and workflow optimisation

What We’re Looking For
- Fresh Grads welcome
- Chinese-speaking (Mandarin) — must
- Experience in operations / customer service / KYC within financial services preferred
- Strong attention to detail, organised, responsible
- Able to work on-site in KL
- Must be able to work in shifts
- Passion for fintech, digital assets, or brokerage operations is a bonus
