Responsibilities
Actively sell and promote fresh white oyster mushrooms to customers. Weigh, package, and prepare mushroom orders accurately for buyers. Process customer payments efficiently and securely. Answer customer questions regarding product freshness, storage, and pricing. Monitor daily stock levels of fresh mushrooms and request stock replenishment directly from the packing room. Inspect product quality regularly and separate any damaged or substandard mushrooms from the display. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized sales area at all times. Record daily sales figures and compile accurate end-of-day reports for management. Assist with receiving and organizing new mushroom inventory as it arrives.

Requirements
Minimum education level of SPM (or equivalent). Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or the agricultural/food sector is an advantage but not strictly required.
