Responsibilities
Job scope:

Assist the Project Person-in-Charge (PIC) with daily project activities.
Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress.
Track project milestones and prepare regular progress reports for superiors, highlighting achievements and issues.
Identify defects and non-conforming work; issue memos for corrective actions.
Supervise defect rectification to ensure quality and compliance.
Ensure contractors comply with contract documents, quality standards, and site safety regulations.
Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and other site personnel to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain accurate site records.
Perform other tasks as instructed by the superior.
Requirements
1. 8 years experience as technician or technician officer/executive 2. experience in industrial work 3. able to work odd hours 4. have driving license
