Responsibilities:

Planning and implementing program, training and procedures to ensure compliance with the latest safety and health regulations and guidelines.

Liaise and report with authority organizations regarding SHE matter.

Coordinating and organizing occupational safety, health and environment at the workplace.

Managing risk assessment to gather information on safety issues in any work done by employees, reviewing and advising changes for safer work.

Assist and collaborate with supervisors, managers and other leaders in the company to understand and ensure compliance for all safety, health and environment regulations and other requirement.

Organize a Safety and Health Committee and Emergency Response Team at workplace.

Organize a systematic filing management related to SHE for record keeping.

Ensuring consistency in the safety policies, practices and compliance at the workplace.

Analyzing safety and health data for improvement and SHE programs.

Carry out assignments as required by management within the approved scope and authorized by the superior.

Requirements:

Passed the examination course - Occupational Safety & Health Coordinator (OSHC).

Working experience in related field at least 1 year.
